Frequently Asked Questions About Rooms

Q: What if I book my room on my own?

A: You may not be able to participate in the wedding activities, the bride and groom will lose out amenities that guests will benefit from and you will not get the group rate.

Q: Is bedding gauranteed? i.e. king or double bed requests

A: No. There is an option to pay a small fee to guarantee your bedding request.

Q: I see other room types on the resort website

A: Yes, there are other room types available. These are the rooms that the bride and groom felt their guests would like the most and have been secured at a group rate. If you are interested in requesting a quote on a different room type that is no problem, just fill out the form on request a quote page and add the room type to the comments.

Q: Are smoking rooms availalbe?

A: The resort does not offer smoking rooms. There are areas designated in the resort for smoking.

Q: Is room service really 24-hours?

A: Yep! You can order whenever and however much you would like. Alcohol cannot be ordered via room service.
