A: The bride and groom request that you save your Hyatt points for your next trip and book with through the group rate. If you book using Hyatt points you may not be able to participate in the wedding activities, the bride and groom will lose out amenities that guests will benefit from and you will not get the group rate.

Q: Are transfers included?

A: Transfers are included in your quote.

Q: What airport do I fly into?

A: You will fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). The resort is about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the airport.

Q: What day should I arrive?

A: The bride and groom are arriving on January 5th. They ask that you not arrive before the 5th.

Q. How long should I stay?

A: The Dominican Republic is magical wonderland filled with diverse adventures. It is recommended to stay at least 4 nights so you have time to relax, enjoy the wedding activities and explore the magic. Also, keep in mind that the resort is 1.5 hours from the airport.

Q: Are flights included in the quote?

A: They can be! Or you can book on your own or add flights later.

Q: Is travel insurance available?

A: Yes, and it is strongly recommended. Information will be sent with your room quote.

A: When you arrive at the resort you can give them your Hyatt number. It will be up the resort's discretion whether or not they award you points.
